Deskohub Workspace in ChatGPT and Claude

• Lists what you can book and what it costs.
• Checks which days and times are free.
• Quotes a price for the dates you pick.
• Shows a booking view where you pick a space and a date and see the price.
• Shows your reservations and their status once you sign in.

In Claude, the assistant can start the reservation for you and give you a payment link. In ChatGPT, it opens the reservation form on our website with your choices filled in, and you finish the booking there.

1. In ChatGPT, open Apps and search for "Deskohub Workspace".
2. Open the app and follow the steps to add it.
3. In a chat, ask something like "Is there a free desk at Deskohub Workspace next Tuesday?"

You don't need an account to look up spaces and prices. To see your reservations, sign in to your Deskohub Workspace account when ChatGPT asks.

1. In Claude, open Connectors and search for "Deskohub Workspace".
2. Open the connector and follow the steps to add it.
3. Ask something like "What does the meeting room at Deskohub Workspace cost for two hours on Friday?"

You don't need an account to look up spaces and prices. To start a reservation or see yours, sign in to your Deskohub Workspace account when Claude asks.

When you connect, you sign in to your Deskohub Workspace account and approve access. The assistant can then list your reservations, check their status and hold the dates you pick. It gives you a payment link. Pay on our website before the link expires.

No assistant can pay for you. You check the details and pay on our website, from the link the assistant gives you. After you pay, the website shows whether your reservation is confirmed.

If the website shows a different price or free time than the chat, go by the website.

You can use the app in ChatGPT and Claude without a Deskohub Workspace account. An assistant sees your reservations only after you sign in and approve access. OpenAI and Anthropic handle your chat under their own terms. Read more in our privacy policy.

Remove the app or connector in the ChatGPT or Claude settings. To revoke an assistant's access to your account, go to Connected assistants in your account.

• If the assistant doesn't use the app, mention Deskohub Workspace in your message or pick the app in the chat.
• If sign-in fails, remove the app or connector, add it again and sign in.
