Marketing Communications Consent
This notice records the optional consent you can give to receive Deskohub Workspace marketing emails from Desktechub s.r.o.

1. Who will contact you
The sender and controller is Desktechub s.r.o., ID No. 24531596, at Turnovská 430/10, 180 00 Praha 8 - Libeň.
2. What you agree to
You agree that we may use your name and email address to send occasional commercial emails about Deskohub Workspace news, event invitations, and offers.
The consent covers marketing by email for our own Deskohub Workspace services. We do not give your contact details to another business for its own marketing.
3. Your choice
This consent is voluntary and separate from your reservation. Leaving the marketing checkbox unchecked does not prevent you from making or paying for a reservation.
We process marketing contact data on the basis of this consent and record the time and version of the notice so that the consent can be demonstrated.
4. Withdrawal and retention
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or by writing to workspace@deskohub.cz. Withdrawal applies to future marketing and does not affect prior lawful processing.
We retain marketing contact and consent evidence until you withdraw consent or the purpose ends. We may then keep a minimal suppression record to prevent accidental resubscription.
5. Providers and your rights
Our email delivery provider may process the data needed to deliver and measure these messages on our behalf. More information about recipients, safeguards, and your data protection rights is in our Privacy Policy.
